Plum cake is a cake made with lots of dry fruits. It is prepared using plum as a primary ingredient. But today I am sharing with you how to easily prepare plum cake at home with dates as the main ingredient.

Ingredients

Egg         2 no s Butter         100gm Maida flour         150gm Dates         200gm Sugar        1/2cup Cloves         1 1 small piece of cinnamon Cashew         25gm Raisins         25gm A pinch of salt

For the caramel syrup

Sugar         1/2cup 3/4 cup of boiling water

How to prepare

Step 1

Prepare the caramel syrup

Step 2

Grind sugar, cloves and cinnamon well and set aside.

Add a little flour to the dried fruit required for the cake and mix it.

Step 3

Mix two eggs with salt and beat them well

Step 4

Prepare the cake batter.

Cook on low flame (45 minutes to 50 minutes)
