Ingredients:
Butter 100gm
Egg 2
Sugar 1/2 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
How to prepare:

Grind the sugar.

Separate the egg yolks and whites.
step3:
Add salt and vanilla essence to egg white and beat well.
step4:
Put butter and egg yolk in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add powdered sugar, flour and beaten egg whites to this and mix well to prepare the cake mixture.
Step 5:
Pour the prepared cake mixture into a greased nonstick pan and cook on low flame for thirty minutes.
