Ingredients 

Basmati rice 400 gm 

Beans 50gm

Carrot 50gm 

Green Peas 50gm 

Cabbage 50gm 

Coconut oil 3tbp 

Ghee 2tbp 

Salt as required

A handful of coriander leaves

garam masala 1 tsp

cinnamon, cardamom and cloves two each

 garlic a berry

Green Chilly 2 no's

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

How to prepare pulao

Step 1

Wash the rice well and keep it aside for ten minutes. After ten minutes, boil the rice with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, salt and water as required. When the rice is cooked, drain the water.

Step 2

Soak the green peas in water for eight hours. Boil the soaked green peas with salt, turmeric powder and water and set aside.

Step 3

Turn on the stove and place a nonstick pan. When the pan is hot, pour the coconut oil.

When the oil is hot, add the garlic and green chillies and stir until they have a good fried smell.

Then add the vegetables cut into square pieces, Stir and cook for three minutes

Add Boiled Green Peas, Boiled rice and coriander leaves and mix well.

Delicious pulao is ready.
