Ingredients

Egg 5 no's

Carrot 250gm

Sugar 7 Tbsp.

Milk powder 7 Tbsp.

orange peel 1 tsp

Maida 3 Tbsp.

Ghee 1 tsp

How to prepare:

Peel the carrot and boil it.

Beat eggs, milk powder, sugar and boiled carrot well in a mixer and prepare the cake batter.

Pour the prepared cake batter in a mixing bowl. Add lemon peel and flour and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan and apply ghee.

Pour the prepared cake batter and cook on low heat for thirty to forty minutes. After five minutes, put a pot (lid) on the bottom and adjust the heat again.
